Our Private Rooms

In conjunction with Scaffidi’s Restaurant and Tavern, we are able to offer our customers a total of three private rooms that can be used separately for events as small as  25 people or in combination for a total of 200* or more.

For the past four years, Scaffidi’s Restaurant and Tavern has successfully facilitated over 2,000 events in its private rooms ranging from weddings, showers, corporate events, and so much more. Now re-branded as “SRG Catering Services,” we are happy to provide a professional catering services for any of your event needs.


  • ROOM SELECTION: At the time of booking, your event representative will reserve your event in the room that is best for your event. Although we are able to accept requests for specific areas or rooms, we cannot guarantee that they can be fulfilled. SRG Catering reserves the right to guarantee service for your event, but change the room in which is reserved up to the day of the event.
  • ROOM RENTAL FEES: Depending on the room that is available for your event, there is a room rental fee ranging from $25.00 – $75.00. The fee is based on the room that is rented or the space that is needed to accommodate your specific event. This is due at the time of booking and no event is officially reserved until this fee is paid in full. This fee is non-refundable.
  • MINIMUM COUNT: In order to be guaranteed a room for use, you must have a minimum of 25 people in your event.
  • DECORATING: Our facility does not provide any type of decorating services for your event. We welcome you to decorate in any way that you see fit for your specific event, although, we do not permit any confetti being used in the room or anything to be posted onto the walls. If there is confetti used or anything posted on the walls, there will be an additional cleaning fee assessed to your event at a minimum of $50.00.
  • LENGTH OF RENTAL: Our standard booking times run from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM or after 6:00 PM, although exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. We ask that if an ending time is discussed for your event with your party representative that it is strictly observed due to events being scheduled later in the day. Events scheduled in the evening have a rental time until 10:00 PM, of which a $50.00 hourly staffing fee will be added if that time should be extended.
  • LINENS & GLASSWARE: Along with any of our room rentals or food service options, a high level of basic services are provided. First, the tables have a black vinyl table covering on them. Second, all items that would come standard in our restaurant, will come standard with your event: FiestaWare plates, actual flatware, and hard plastic glasses used for your event. This is all standard within the pricing. To upgrade to linen and glassware services which includes a white linen tablecloth, a color of napkin of your choice (black, red, blue, yellow, and pink), and your glassware being upgraded to glass tumblers. This is all for a fee of $3.50 per person.
